Shipping Policy

Order Preparation

The Links Edit prints are prepared after purchase. Most orders complete production within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within the United States is free for current Terrain Edit prints. Any available upgraded or international shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates

Most U.S. orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after purchase, including preparation and transit. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is emailed after the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to register the tracking number.

Address Changes

Review your shipping address carefully before submitting the order. If a correction is needed, email studio@thelinksedit.com immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after preparation or shipment has begun.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email studio@thelinksedit.com within 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. For a shipment marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then contact us for help.
