Returns and Refunds

Each The Links Edit print is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or other buyer preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, email studio@thelinksedit.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Production can begin shortly after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible at studio@thelinksedit.com if you need to request a cancellation or change. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has begun.

Non-returnable Items

Made-to-order prints cannot be returned because of minor color differences caused by screen settings or room lighting. Frames, mats, and hanging hardware are not included unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
